Products: Allergen-free products, such as cocoa butter, chocolate, fats, palm oil, fruit puree, fruit concentrates, glycerin, jams, sugar, syrup, honey, sesame oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, etc.

Cleaning program for viscous products with high viscosity in stainless steel transport containers, such as: road tanker, tank containers, IBCs.

Products: Allergens or products containing allergens, such as: chocolate or fats containing nuts, lecithin, mustard or products containing mustard, marinades and sauces, products containing celery, products containing fish and shellfish, etc.

ENFIT P 800 - CIP

CIP-Cleaning In Place

Cleaning program for liquid products with low viscosity in stainless steel transport containers, such as: road tanker, tank containers, IBCs.

Residues and deposits from the last product are rinsed out with stack water (rinse water from previous cleaning). This is followed by cleaning with alkaline lye, which removes organic materials. Mineral materials are removed every 5th cleaning with the help of an acid. Then disinfect and rinse with drinking water.

Products: Allergen-free, allergen-containing or GMO products, such as: buttermilk*, cream*, milk*, raw milk*, whey*, whey concentrate* and others.

ENFIT P 800 - ACID

CIP with acidification

Cleaning program for products with low viscosity in stainless steel transport containers, such as: road tanker, tank containers, IBCs.

Special feature: CIP cleaning - cleaning in place. Cleaning with circulation and subsequent "acidification". Recommended for every 5th cleaning.
