Mission
360 ReUse unites wholesale, food service, catering, industry, logistics, washing and technology behind one goal: standardised, efficient and PPWR-compliant reusable packaging with digital traceability.
Building on the targets of the EU PPWR 2030, the Golden Design Rules of the Consumer Goods Forum and GS1 standards as enabling technologies, 360 ReUse defines the framework by which reusable packaging can be implemented, audited and certified in practice.
As an independent organisation, ENFIT develops the inspection, hygiene and certification standards together with leading partners. This makes circularity measurable, comparable and digitally verifiable.
The challenge
The transition only works if every actor along the value chain uses the same standards: from packaging design through production, washing and logistics to return, deposit handling, retail, inspection, reuse and recycling.

Designs must withstand repeated washing cycles and meet the highest requirements for hygiene and product safety.
Standardised dimensions, volumes, tare weights, marking and identification reduce cost in storage, transport, return and handling — and enable cross-sector use.
Defined inspection and release criteria as well as certification and audit standards build trust between all parties.
